Project Overview
This project involved the design and installation of bespoke Venetian plaster (Stucco Veneziano) and microcement finishes for a high-end interior on the Costa del Sol. Elresino® was appointed to deliver a cohesive decorative surface package that enhanced the architectural character of the space while meeting performance and durability requirements suitable for daily use.
Working closely with the interior designer and client, our role was to specify and apply finishes that balanced refined aesthetics with long-term functionality across both feature and high-traffic areas.

Our Approach
Our approach began with detailed surface assessment and finish consultation, including sample production and colour matching to ensure alignment with the overall interior design scheme. Substrates were carefully prepared using professional systems, with waterproofing incorporated where required in wet areas.
Venetian plaster was applied by hand in multiple layers to selected feature walls, creating depth, movement and controlled light reflection. Microcement was installed seamlessly across floors and designated surfaces to achieve a continuous, modern aesthetic with no grout lines. All finishes were completed with advanced sealing systems to provide durability, stain resistance and ease of maintenance.
Results & Impact
The completed project delivers a refined and cohesive interior defined by texture, continuity and architectural clarity. The Venetian plaster feature walls add visual depth and a sense of craftsmanship, while the seamless microcement surfaces provide a clean, contemporary foundation throughout the space.
