A quote is not considered a confirmed booking until confirmed in writing by us and any required deposit has been paid (where applicable).

5. Services (Residential & Commercial)

We provide bespoke wall and floor finishing services including (but not limited to) polished plaster, Venetian stucco, decorative paint finishes, and related surface systems.

You agree to provide safe access to the property, suitable working conditions, and accurate project information. Delays caused by restricted access, unsuitable site conditions, or changes requested by the client may result in rescheduling or additional charges.

6. Training Academy

ELRESINO provides training courses and practical workshops (“Training”). Training content is designed for educational purposes and does not guarantee a specific result, qualification, certification, or commercial outcome unless explicitly stated in writing.

Participants are expected to follow health and safety instructions during Training. We reserve the right to refuse attendance or remove a participant from Training if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

7. Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed in writing for each project or training booking. Unless agreed otherwise:

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings

  • Final balances must be paid within the agreed timeframes

  • Late payments may result in paused services, delayed delivery, or additional costs

We reserve the right to recover unpaid invoices through legal action where necessary.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Installations / Services

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested as early as possible. Where we have already purchased materials, reserved dates, or allocated labour, cancellation fees may apply.

Training

Training places are limited and may require upfront payment. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be provided at the time of booking. Where materials and spaces are reserved, refunds may be restricted.
